Step Two:

Complete and sign both forms then organise any other relevant documentation.

Step Three:

Send in the required documentation. You have three options.

a) EMAIL :

Scan the completed forms and additional documents. Attach these to an email, then select store email address to send.

b) POST :

Send completed documentation to your desired store. Don’t forget to use adequate postage and on the envelope, clearly print “TAX REFUND CENTRE”.

c) IN PERSON :

Contact your nearest store to arrange an appointment. Remember to bring all the necessary documents.
